Description

runsoft(file1,file2,option='w') runs softassign on the two files either '.mat' or '.dat' in '.mat' case it first creates '.dat file' in the directory 'softdata' then processes it from there. The output is written in the directory 'matchdat' to '.mch' file All missing directories are first created If there is no need for a window set the option to 'nw' 05/05
