Description

[T A scale xinT xoT] =plane_correct(xin,xo,xn,xyscale,option) tries to fit several layers of planes (numbers run in xn) computes the transformations (A: from xin to xo, and T(Matlab tform): from x0 to xin) xinT: transformed xin; xoT: transformed xo scale variable format: [scaling, scaling rel.error, mean deviation vector ]; option: 'nonrigid' by default
