Syntax

•     [schnitz cellid]=mkschnitz(matchdir,matdir);
  
  
  

Description

[schnitz cellid]=mkschnitz(matchdir,matdir); creates 'schnitz'-like structure and cellid{frame}(raw#) array from processed "matching" data in directory matchdir and optional original .mat files with 'Lc' label arrays in directory matdir. If the last directory is missing the 'cellno' schnitz structure field will be absent, as well as [ x,y,len,ang ] fields
