Description

creates filters for line detection, rotated for 0..180 degrees (along 3-d dimension of the output arrays) width, length, sqsize- width,length of the lijne template, and size of the filter array p- relative output: both halfs (x-flipped) for the filter,differential part (f13,f13r),wide part(f23,f23r) of the filter.
