Syntax

•    [xin xo xym]=  inpoints(ref,bin,H,HH,z,Z,br_thresh,cor_thresh,nmaxout,fitmode);
  
  
  

Description

[xin xo xym]= inpoints(ref,bin,H,HH,z,Z,br_thresh,cor_thresh,nmaxout) creates set of input (xin) and base (x0) points from reference image and image stack bin. All input points will have mean value better than br_thresh within the [+-H X +-H] square around it.(default 12% ) xym - maximum correlation values for each found pair. if H<0 find control points automatically using clustering of -H cluster size
