Description

carian 03/05 reads files in directory dirname with names where ??.. numbering field; (the first three columns in the files must represent coordinates for 3D case; change DIM below for other dimensions) --and creates cell array with point coordinatess and TPS-coefficients usage: [ctps dtps refs outs] = ctps_pairs(dirname,prefx,nmin,nmax,postfx); [ctps dtps refs outs] = ctps_pairs(dirname,prefx,N,postfx); (nmin=0 assumed)
