Syntax
Description
[T A TT ]=cp2tarr(cpin,cpbas,option,xyscale,svec,loops)
option as in cp2mat3;svec-only needed if option='linscale'|'rotlinscale'
T,A - tform and affine matrices for the forward transformation
TT - (size(TT)= size(T)+1) inverse composiiton of all transformations
for easy registartion with cpin{1}
loops: each loop>1 removes half of all less registered points and does
the fit again.
defaults: loops=2 if option=='rigid', loops=1 in all other cases;
svec=[1 1 1]
